At MUS Store, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here's our cancellation policy to guide you through the process:

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mus-store.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Subscription Cancellation

If you have subscribed to a recurring service or product, you may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website and following the cancellation instructions. Cancellations will be effective immediately, and no further charges will be incurred.

Refunds

If you cancel an order before it has been processed and shipped, you may be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and may take up to 7 business days to process.

Changes to Orders

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been processed. If you wish to make changes to your order, please cancel the existing order and place a new one.
